1.      Description

 The machine is suitable for stranding bare copper wire, steel wire, ACSR wire, aluminum cladding steel wire and aluminum alloy wire.

2.      Feature

l The tube is supported by big bearing to enhance the supporting strength and rotating precision.

l  Adopts electrical driven tension adjusted device, emergency stopping device and compressing device controlled by handle. The tension can be adjusted by remote control on the operation desk when running normally. If the wire is broken, the whole line is stopping through the pulse senor and PLC. It is easy to repair and run again.

l  The film cylinder and hydraulic pressure increasing device, which can adjust the pressure, are installed in the pneumatic plane brake system. The brake time can be adjusted to meet the requirement of normal stopping and emergency stopping.

l  The cover adopts complete seal device with the anti-noise effect in the whole style. The door of the cover is by the pneumatic type and by handle.

l  The main stranding machine, capstan device and take up machine are driven by separately motor, and controlled by PLC

l  Electrical control 

           DC driven device adopts Eurotherm 590 serious

           PLC is Siemens brand
